Hi,

Welcome to the Art of Movement

I’m Laura Vanessa Bronder, a yoga teacher, nutritionist, and retreat organizer who finds profound joy in the connection between movement, breath, and self-awareness. To me, the body is far more than a physical form; it’s the instrument of the soul—a bridge linking our inner and outer worlds.

My journey into yoga began in 2013 with a deep curiosity for how movement and breath could foster balance and progression. Over time, I’ve come to see movement not only as an expression of freedom but also as a pathway to unlock potential, nurture well-being, and align the body and mind.

As a certified 500-hour RYT and 75-hour + YACEP teacher with Yoga Alliance, my teaching emphasizes the importance of integrating traditional yoga wisdom with modern knowledge. I firmly believe that breath lies at the core of every practice, anchoring us in the present while enhancing both physical and mental clarity.

My personal passion lies in backbends. These graceful yet powerful movements have become a central theme in my practice, teaching me lessons in resilience, trust, and the beauty of opening up—both physically and emotionally. They symbolize progression and the joy of embracing each step on the path to growth.

In my teaching, I focus on helping others:

  • Build a steady, committed yoga practice

  • Progress with clarity by understanding the fundamentals of movement and breath

  • Combine the depth of traditional yoga with the practicality of modern insights

Whether you’re exploring the subtle details of a backbend, deepening your breath, or embracing the fundamentals of yoga, my aim is to guide you toward a harmonious connection between your body, mind, and soul.

Join me as we celebrate the art of motion, the wisdom of breath, and the profound journey of yoga. Together, let’s discover the joy of progression and the limitless possibilities within.

In breath and movement,
Laura Vanessa Bronder
